Five Wishes: A comprehensive and easy to follow set of booklets for advance directive creation, for adults, for youth and for children. This series was developed by Jim Towey, legal counsel, friend and advisor to Mother Theresa. Non-threatening and easy to use, these documents are accepted as legal in all but four states (KS, NH, OH and TX), and can still be used in those, with additional steps to acceptance.
