In this course, shamanic practitioner and death midwife Lisa Cox will guide participants in exploring shamanic practices that transcend ordinary reality, offering pathways to wisdom, healing, and growth—both personal and communal. Through illustrated talks, weekly shamanic journeys, and optional readings, we will trace the historical and methodological foundations of shamanism, discovering how these traditions can enrich contemporary life.
